Two years ago today, we were married on Seabrook Island, at sunRISE, with our friends and family as witnesses. It was one of THE best weeks of my life! We knew we wanted to start our family pretty quickly, and we were blessed with being able to do so...we just never realized how lucky we were going to be! Payton is the best baby!! We couldn't be more in love....here are pictures from last night. Granby, Grumps, and Uncle JP kept Payton so that Brian and I could go out for dinner. We were going to leave her there for the night, which we still haven't done, but I'm just not quite ready yet ;) Although it would have been nice to go out and party with no worries, it just made more sense for us to head home WITH the baby.
Brian and I ate at Lavecchia's uptown, and watched some of the Bank of America Criterium. We ran into some friends after dinner, and had a drink with them....then to PINKBERRY for dessert. YUM! We picked Sweetness up, and went home. We were all pretty worn out from our day of shopping and going out, so we hit the sack. Times have certainly changed, but we wouldn't have it any other way!
By the way,the size 3 diapers are working fabulously at night! We went to Buy Buy Baby yesterday and loaded up on all kinds of stuff, including bath toys. Pretty soon, Payton will be bathing in the "big girl tub," and we've already moved her little bathtub downstairs into that tub. Stay tuned for more updates to come :)
