Future Olympian Swimmer??

...so I'm going to keep posting pictures! It's amazing how much newborns change EVERY DAY! Griffin slept from 10:30p-3:30a, got up at 6:30a to eat, and I woke him up at 9:30a. He's been an incredible baby so far, and we're so in love! Payton continues to do well with him. The Boughmans came over last night, and Raegan was VERY into Griffin. She kept repeating "baby" and wanted to touch him, hug and kiss him. It was quite cute!

Yesterday we ventured out to Babies R Us and splurged on some cute baby boy clothes, diapers, toys, blankies, etc. Payton had fun running around the store, and playing with toys. Last night our precious neighbors, Crystal and Adam, brought us dinner. This afternoon we all made it over to the pool. Payton and Daddy swam as Griffin and I watched. Payton was in her usual form, showing off for everyone, and proudly pointing her new brother out. She would come up out of the water and shake her head, like a dog would after swimming. We figured out it was the pig tails and they must have felt funny :)

Griffin has his first newborn appointment tomorrow so we're excited to see how much he's grown. He's a great eater, although he is very impatient and won't nurse. Or maybe he's just lazy. In the meantime, I'm using my pump and feeding him what little I'm producing, while supplementing with formula. We go to our lactation consultant on Tuesday for a "game plan." Speaking of games....we're SO happy it's football season :) GO PATRIOTS!! (Daddy is doing his best to insure Griffin becomes a Bears fan...one of the outfits we bought yesterday was Bear's colors). Look for more pictures soon!!
